David Vaughan
David Vaughan is commercial investment specialist in the Orlando office. As a partner of Turchi Vaughan Team, David specializes in office, industrial and retail investment sales throughout the country. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in June of 2014, David has closed 65+ deals totaling over $200MM in gross sales. Some of his most notable closings include: Lake Lurna, a $10,682,000 medical office building located just south of Downtown Orlando across the street from Orlando Health; My Garage, a $7,900,000 self-storage and flex warehouse complex located near The Villages; Keller Road Office Plaza, a $6,250,000 professional office building located on Keller Road in Orlando; and Altamonte City Centre, a $6,025,000 retail/office complex in Altamonte Springs with Florida Hospital, Fairwinds Credit Union and Tijuana Flats.
David’s expertise, work ethic and collaborative nature allow him to provide the highest level of service to all of his clients. Also, being born and raised in Central Florida has provided him a strong network that he and his clients benefit from.
David graduated from the University of Colorado with a major in Economics.
